Your Second Visit to Our Elkhart Practice
On your second visit (usually the next day), Dr. Meyer will provide an individual written report of you testing and scanning results. He will take whatever time is needed to fully explain the findings and recommendations in your case. In addition, your care is explained any questions you may have will be answered.
An individual plan of care is usually recommended to you and you can then decide what course of action best suits your health goals and needs.
Once you fully understand your case and the doctor’s recommendations, you will be given the choice to proceed. With your permission, your care will then begin.
